To open an account with hbh999, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• Not already hold an existing hbh999 account under any name, email address, device, or household.
• Not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be registered, funded, and operated solely by the registered account holder.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, either voluntary or compulsory, that restricts your access to gambling services.

hbh999 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, and in all cases before your first withdrawal is processed:

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on hbh999. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different devices — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. hbh999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances (including any bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom) upon discovery of duplicate account activity.

You must ensure that all personal information held on your hbh999 account is accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your name, address, mobile number, or email address — you must update your account information promptly. hbh999 is not responsible for any communication failures, missed notifications, or payment delays arising from inaccurate account information.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit and may be updated periodically. Deposited funds are credited to your hbh999 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. hbh999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or hold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, the proceeds of money laundering, or otherwise in breach of this Agreement.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name. Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. hbh999 reserves the right to conduct additional security and verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend processing times. Withdrawals will not be processed until all outstanding KYC verification requirements have been satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier section of the platform at the time of request.

Real-money funds deposited into your account are not subject to any wagering requirement and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to verification requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbh999 platform:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviour to obtain an unfair financial advantage.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Using the platform from any jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.

All content on the hbh999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface design, and source code — is the exclusive property of hbh999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of hbh999.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hbh999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if hbh999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

hbh999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hbh999 makes no warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In all cases, hbh999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you into your hbh999 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hbh999 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, court injunction, or regulatory direction requiring account closure.
• Any other reason that hbh999 determines, in good faith, warrants account closure in order to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, less any applicable charges, provided that no ongoing investigation requires their retention.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the hbh999 platform, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. hbh999 is committed to resolving disputes fairly, efficiently, and in good faith. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause shall prevent hbh999 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

This Agreement and all disputes arising hereunder shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. You acknowledge that you are accessing the hbh999 platform entirely at your own risk and that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
